Oasis has debited my bank account yet I dont have their water unit with me I returned it in January because it was not making my water cold I've complained numerous of times but nobody is hearing me

Bad service from Oasis water.There debited my account and yet I dont have a water dispenser when sending them emails to reverse the debit they just ignored me
