Unable to assist

This is one policy that doesn’t care about their policy they hire people but not nurses to examine us through whatsapp and the people on that just copy and paste also if you have issues with your private part they will ask you to take a picture of your private part and i was not so comfortable with a picture part and now they don’t want to give pre auth to see a doctor but i am in pain and they said i need to go to a pharmacy. This is so unprofessional and the name of the so called “nurse” that was assisting me is Mpumi mahlambi on the chats I don’t wish to speak with her and atleast if i die the will be proof that the company didn’t want me to see a doctor.
