Eskom at #MangaungMetroMunicipality Thabanchu has failed us dismally. We have been applying for electricity since February 2024. Everytime we go to check at Eskom offices in Thabanchu we are given a new reference number, making us new applicants when we have been waiting from 2024. Our neighbours have electricity and we don’t, the people that arrived at Mothusi after us have electricity but we don’t. We are highly disappointed at how Eskom operates and we have no faith in our government
Vodacom doesn’t care about their customers, I made an arrangement with the to pay and agreed amount monthly since December and I never missed a payment after they deducted a huge amount on my brothers account unauthorised. I asked them to change the payment arrangement to cash not debit order and asked them to stop deducting and guess what, on the 24th of Jan they deducted and I have been calling their accounts department since then and they say the money doesn’t reflect on their system, I should send them a proof of payment be it a statement and a screenshot. Tell me why is the email they gave me bouncing back, my emails are not going through. They don’t care about their customers and their customers service is poor, I regret having a contract with them 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ How can an amount that has been deducted on the 24th of Jan not reflect till today, the 6th of Jan, are we being played here ?
