I need advise or a solution

I opened an account long time ago when I was working then I tell them I’m not working but I can try to pay R200 every month but they continue increase outstanding balance and I don’t know what can I do because I’m not working

Capitec insurance

They said my policy is in arrears of R331.65 for one month while I’m paying R110 for my one month and I visited main times at nearest branch I don’t get help.
