Sneaker Factory (eMondlo)
Sneaker Factory eMondlo has the worst shopper experience you can get from a place you voluntarily gave your money to. Went to go buy school shoes on Monday, 9th March 2026 (10:25 am). They did not have stock but Ntobeko (the gentleman who works there) said we could go the online route and order via Bash. Cool, paid everything and I "received" my goods on Thursday 12th March 2026. The size I got was incorrect and I quickly alerted them and they told me that there's nothing they can do for me right now but they can swap them for the correct size on Monday 16th March 2026. I went back to the store on Monday the 16th and was told that the delivery they were waiting for did not arrive (mind you, they were scheduled to arrive on Monday the 16th March 2026). I did not make a big hassle about it but I did warn them that if I do not receive the correct shoe on Tuesday the 17th March 2016, I will demand a refund. The store manager agreed and even promised that I'd walk out a happy customer on Tuesday, mxm Tuesday came and went and I was given the run around and explanations that don't make sense and no I did not receive my refund, they explicitly told me that I will never see that money again. I'm told to come back on Wednesday 18th March 2026...I won't go. They can keep my money and my shoes. All I know is that God does not take it lightly when you abuse an unemployed single parent trying to make sure their kid gets nice shoes to attend school with. I will leave it to God. P.s. Ntobeko really tried reaching out but I guess his bosses don't want to see him succeed.

I need advise or a solution
I opened an account long time ago when I was working then I tell them I’m not working but I can try to pay R200 every month but they continue increase outstanding balance and I don’t know what can I do because I’m not working

Doggy dealings attlyn atteridgeville by the lady called Maebela
So I went to attlyn mall in atteridgeville with my wife and kids for Christmas shopping, we was help by a young lady called Maebela along browsing she kept asking us for lunch money which we thought at first was a joke however in the process of buying she told us to not purchase the stuff we had at that moment because she has a staff discount that she can arrange for us which she said was 30/35%. All we needed to do was to pick stuff and left them behind then she'll purchase them on our behalf then we will meet by the kfc to give back her refund and to also pay back her discount funds and also kept asking if we want something in other TFG stores so she can also use her discount across the stores. We did not agree with her doggy dealings and left immediately and we will not shop again at this sneaker factory attlyn atteridgeville again because we was introduced to seems to be what we was not looking for. People needs to be on the lookout for this *****ulent employee at sneaker factory attlyn atteridgeville she's short in height and light in complexion and also always on her cell phone

Formal Complaint – Unprofessional Service at Sneaker Factory (Carlton Centre)
I am writing to report the extremely poor service I received at your Carlton Centre store. I visited the store to exchange a pair of sneakers I ordered online, as the size I received was too big. Before going in, I checked store availability and it clearly showed that a size 4 was in stock at the Carlton Centre branch. However, when I asked the staff about it, they gave me attitude and simply said they did not have it — without even attempting to check. It was clear they had no interest in assisting me. Throughout the visit, the behaviour of the staff was unprofessional and unacceptable. They spoke loudly, behaved carelessly as if they were in a circus, and even made comments like, “It means we’ll be knocking off late today,” because they had to assist me. I was taken from pillar to post for something that should have been a simple exchange. To add to the disrespect, one of the male employees even closed the door while I was still standing there. This was a complete waste of my time and by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I kindly request that this matter be investigated urgently and that the necessary steps be taken to ensure your staff provide professional, respectful assistance going forward. I would also appreciate clarification on the correct process for exchanging online orders. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Bad service at sneaker factory mall of thembisa
I went to a sneaker factory store in mall of tembisa and the employees were so rude to me the entire time and when I wanted to fit a pair of pants they made me fit them in some sore room or staff room where there were other employees present in the room. Then when it was time for me to pay the cashier was so slow in scanning the items and packing them for me then him and his colleague that was a the till with him called me ugly

The Bridge Sneaker Factory Extra Mile!!!
Recently visited the Sneaker Factory at The Bridge Greenacres, Gqeberha to purchase a sneaker I could not find anywhere. I visited the other branches in Greenacres already and they this store was my last attempt to get the size. One of the staff members, not sure if he was the manager or not, offered to order from one of their other stores. In no time I got the item in the correct size. Imagine if they were not willing to go that extra mile I would have never got what I wanted. In the future that will be the only branch I would visit whenever I want something. They are very helpful and professional. They are on the corner on your way to the Bridge. Keep up the good work.

Recently visited the Sneaker Factory at The Bridge Greenacres, Gqeberha to purchase a sneaker I could not find anywhere. I visited the other branches in Greenacres already and they this store was my last attempt to get the size. One of the staff members, not sure if he was the manager or not, offered to order from one of their other stores. In no time I got the item in the correct size. Imagine if they were not willing to go that extra mile I would have never got what I wanted. In the future that will be the only branch I would visit whenever I want something. They are very helpful and professional. They are on the corner on your way to the Bridge. Keep up the good work.
