I would like to give a big shoutout to the two traffic controllers at N12 intersection as they have made our lives with controlling traffic every morning with no mistake. I truly appreciate because traffic coming from protea glen in the morning during rush hour is ridiculous but they ensure we don’t run to work late. I don’t know the name of the guy there but the enemy he carries and forever smiling through rainy or Hot sunny days his always a happy champ. I love how consistent they have been and to respect their job by showing up always for us and to even sacrifice knocking off late until traffic clears off that is appreciated so big. I pray and hope outsurance helps them to get better opportunities with the traffic department in future because they ensure to give good service to the community and they would make reliable and trusted traffic’s officers. What makes it also special is how they always remember my car and wave with big smiles on their faces and that just melts my heart always , making me hoot with no hesitation. Courier guy should decide when will I receive my parcel which I have been awaiting since the 24th, I keep calling and on Friday I was advised that I will get my parcel Tuesday on the 29th and nothing and now I’m getting notification from the merchant that they returned the parcel after numerous times communicating back and forth. May I get my parcel ASAP as we pay for courier to get our parcels on time . Bad service and no communication even from the driver and my address states it’s a work address and I have clarity that delivery should be before 4pm. I’m so furious with Courier Guy, don’t recommend . Waybill H8S7FP
Can netflorist get me my order I never received an order I have placed on Wednesday which was supposed to be delivered yesterday order 108148767, that order I need ASAP as the address provided was supposed to come to me , can I get my order by 10 cause it’s a gift for my mom please , I’m really frustrated and stressed
I placed an order on the 20/04/2024, my order took forever I then requested to cancel reason being I wanted to change address and was informed that I can’t change address due to order be processed already, I have sent numerous emails follow up regarding my order and still today I haven’t received it neither be refunded and we already in May and still no update regarding my order with takealot
Complain I’m disappointed in how Capitec has not been able to assist with a claim I did on the 15/08/2023 for a claim Ref;109368125 Cause of death was unnatural, I submitted all requested documents and I’m not receiving any positive outcome and according to my understanding is that as it falls under unnatural death (accidental)is that I should have received the first amount of the claim and after investigation that is when the outcome will determine if it will be double payment or not depending on the outcome of investigation which I’m not so concerned about .I’m very furious because it contradicts what is explained to clients when granting the policy . I have had this policy from 2018 until now . I went to the branch in Cresta on 22/08 and was assist by a lady named Courtney ,she was able to assist by only sending an email to the funeral claims department and advised that will give me feedback. Capitec should give clarity because they now request a form filled which was filled and an inquest report that Capitec should liase with the investigator officer stated on the police report . Capitec should state whether it will process the payment or not.
Good day I would like to complain with an uncalled service I received as i mistakely bought a ticket for today 29/10 which was suppose to be for tomorrow @19H00. I bought my ticket at shoprite and called customer care at and spoke to Elaina Nstako and informed me that there's no way I won't be refunded or change dates to the 30/10. This is bad service and uncalled for, if only I knew I wouldn't have booked my bus ticket because you treat clients in a uncalled manner. Please ensure to teach your employees customer service and respect because it's not as if this ticket was bough last month, it was bought today in the morning
I'm sharing this review with frustration and disappointment of why is that I got charged on my card when I made bookings with them. On the 22nd October I checked in and on my arrival I had used my husband's card to pay as on my account it was still pending and was informed that it will not be an issue to pay on the day i check-in and that won't have any impact on my actual account . However on the 24th November a transaction debited and leaving my account on my account, it then became a duplicate now and I called in at the hotel and a lady at finance told me that the issue isn't with them its with bookings and I asked how so because the description shows "Royal Marang Hotel" not bookings. Im beyond angry because now I paid then twice and I even changed my card but still it debited. I require my money back as I have already reported the matter with the bank. Can bookings and Royal Marang Hotel refund my money back

I would like to thank a lady called Chynell whose is a customer experience manager for UFO, she assisted me with a complained I had logged, as much as I was frustrated and disappointed she apologized and refund for my laybye was paid in immediately for the same day.
I'm angry at how some companies rip off people, in April I went to do a laybye for a couch of R14000 since ufo doesn't allow taking their products on credit. Laybe was for 3 months ending now in June, went to the store at Westgate UFO on the 11/06/2021 to cancel my laybye as i will not be needing it as much as I had plan to pay off the outstanding balance for my laybye this month. Got to the store and was informed that I'll be charged 10% cancelation fee from the total purchase price of R14465 from my deposits i have been doing, I find it as a rip off because if an individual does a laybye there shouldnt be anything binding you to the store because 1stly it's interest-free. By just requesting to cancel my laybye it has become a mission from the 11th of June until today I'm still waiting even thou i was asked to send my ID and bank statement in order to be refunded back In my account, no feedback has been given. All I can say is that as much as they sell beautiful furniture, expensive, quality I would rather save up and buy cash instead of only being given 3 months to laybye where else other store you atleast given minimum of 6 months. Would have been better if it was disclosed to me from day 1 then I wouldn't have done a laybye in the first place. Laybye is something you commit yourself into paying if you don't afford it in cash therefore it shouldn't be a way of ripping people of their hard earned money.
