Tfg needs to care about customers

So I have a Tfg account with sneaker Factory which i opened at witbank down town, I have been paying my account well every month(R530), on February I got an sms from tfg saying they are increasing my buying power and then days later they told me i have to pay R560 which I couldn't by the time, only afforded R200, the following month they sent an sms saying I should pay R1100.

That is when I decided to give them a call because I can't afford that, alright I managed to make an arrangement of paying R550 monthly which they approved, towards the end of March I payed the R550, and to my surprise, I was ordered to make another payment of R560 before 01 April.. Angrily i sent Tfg an email telling them about my frustrations.

Just today (13 April) got another order to pay R1220 by 01 of May.. They keep increasing. They don't care about customers.
