They deducted money from my bank account on the 15th, our agreement clearly states 25th of everymonth, granted this is a public holiday, what about the 20th, or after the payday then? i wasted my airtime in their callcentre with everyone asking how they can help, once i ask that the money be transferred back into the bank account, i'd be asked to stay on the line only to be back on the callcentre, eventually i gave up. this is not the 1st time these people do this, and i want to state it on record that they have breached our agreement which means i will then kick them off my bank account, if they want their money, they will email their bank account so i can personally make the payments myself. lastly, the same way i am struggling to get anyone helping me or talking to me, is the same way they will struggle to speak to me when they call in the near future. andikufuni ukugezelwa, enough is enough.
They never skip a debit order, the claiming process is a nightmare, do not take this company if you don't want to knock and ask for handouts to burry your loved one. i've been paying this policy since 2014, i just lost my father and they have made the process to claim so impossible that you would even give up. i am definately cancelling all the other policies i have with them after this, a lesson learnt.
I bought overnight service for my dad's medication. 3 days later it's still not delivered and when am following up, i'm told the overnight is 2-4 days, what kind of overnight is 2-4 days? Anyways as i'm panicking because the medication is really needed urgently over there, i receive a call from courier guy, your parcel is here, we don't deliver in your address, ***. i paid for delivery at this address overnight and 4days later after you have taken my money, you don't deliver in that address. If you ever see me using this courier service, bletty ******.
Yesterday i was doing laundry in my WF8602NHS 6kg Diamond Drum Washing Machine and it hit me. I bought this machine exactly 13years ago, it was in june cause i had just received my bonus and i bought it cash. 13 years later this machine is still as it was many years back, it has never been to repairs or service for that matter. Samsung have outdone themselves on this one, talk about value and more for your money. 13years later, still going strong.
It is supposedly a local online store however after waiting for very long time for a order placed i queried and was told an international supplier will send me a tracking code when they have shipped, it's close to a month now and noone is saying anything. how do they sell products they dont have, is that not *****?
I'd be rating them 0 but there's no option. I bought items at woolies around the 25th last month, received an email later that they're shipped with RAM on the 29/11. From the 02/11/2023 i've been receiving sms from RAM saying delivery is scheduled on that day, then nothing comes through. the last pathetic sms i received was yesterday, saying the same thing they've been saying from the 02, and nothing at all today. i want to advise these people to take this parcel back to woolies, i will also report to woolies that due to non delivery, they can cancel the transaction. i'll never make use of this company ever.
ordered from adidas on the 22/06 and received them already on the 26/06. i fitted the clothes and created a return on that same day upon finding out they were not fitting. i received a RMA that waited to be collected until i followed up on when it will be collected. The person that was helping said, the system shows that it hasn't been updated therefore he has created another one and escalated it for collection. it was collected on the 11/07. days later i find a refund for 1 of the items, when querying with adidas on their contact us form, i am being sent back and forth now and it's tiring. one responds the system shows the items have not been collected, the other one responds the person who did the RMA created it for 1 item, I'm being asked for pictures, slips, all i want is a return for the items that i paid for, and sent back to them.
every time i make an online purchase at Woolworths food i am setting myself up for disappointment. i have lost count on how many times i must every time after order escalate to their customer service which is very tiring by the way. you will be charged for a delivery slot and they will come at their own time. once again yesterday i didn't get my food, by the time the delivery decided to bring my food which was outside the slot i had picked and paid for, i was at the doctor. there is no way i will say bring my food at this time and get stuck at home waiting for God knows when they'll deliver. today is a 2nd day and no-one has said anything about my food that i was expecting yesterday.
I had to switch banks from my favorite FNB cheque account to Std Bank because they were giving me a low interest rate on my house loan, fair enough. I have never had banking issues as i have with this bank in so much that i am thinking of switching again, to another bank. enough is enough. 1. besides the fact that i was told i have a banker i have never been able to speak to that banker everytime i have issues, i must call the call centre like everyone else and still not get joy. I set up scheduled payments for my other beneficiaries to go off on the 26th. last month on sunday the 25th, standard bank decided they will release the payment to 2 beneficiaries even though it is stated it can only go off on the 26, plus even if i wanted it to go on the 25 because this date falls on a sunday, it shouldn't have gone but no, standard bank released the payment and then marked it 26th even though it was 25? then on monday the 25 standard bank released the money again, to the same beneficiaries and marked it 26 again. when i called to query this i was told yes we can see it went off 2x but we don't know why and need to investigate why the system did that before we can reverse it. they're still investigating till date and no-one is coming back to me to give me any updates. if my debit orders bounce guess what, they will charge me for that meanwhile they have my money for whatever selfish reason. Standard bank i want my money back to my account please before we make this a legal war, you lot are disgusting to say the least. 0 ethics whatsoever. I want my money, not yours my money.
I took a LTE contract, i've been having connectivity issues for a while now and the worse thing is that one can't really speak to a person at Vodacom, you're made to talk to a bot which obviously drops your call after not even getting what your issue is. I have been sending messenger on Vodacom's social media fb page, they take hours to come back and ask you 1 question. at the moment my internet has stopped working since last night, i reported this early this morning, and it's now after 14h00, i am still unable to work and no support whatsoever from Vodacom. i cannot work, but i will be expected to make payments come next month on this same account that is preventing me from making money.
