I deeply regret not reading the reviews before placing my order, a costly mistake on my part. For a business that presents itself as reputable and established in South Africa, the reality is extremely disappointing. I placed my order on 23 November 2024, with delivery confirmed for 29 November 2024. I received a follow-up email confirming this date. The 29th arrived and passed with no delivery, no communication, and no explanation. Attempts to resolve this have been entirely unsuccessful: WhatsApp support is unhelpful and unresponsive The call centre repeatedly promises to “follow up” and never does The head office number rings unanswered until it disconnects My payment was taken immediately, yet I have received nothing in return. This is not just poor service, it is a complete failure of basic consumer protection standards. Unless this matter is resolved urgently with either: Immediate delivery, or A full refund I will be forced to escalate this further through formal consumer channels.
After constant follow up and only after I gave them a 1 star review on Hello Peter, I finally got a response from them. Recieved my refund 28 December.
I placed an order 17 December and paid. Disclaimer on website indicated it would be shipped in the first week of January. I accepted. I found the same elsewhere that would arrive just after Christmas. I sent one deal a day a WhatsApp, messenger and email on the 18 December requesting to cancel my order and to get a refund. ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPONSE, only auto generated responses. I've sent numerous messages, NO RESPONSE. Today 22 December I receive an auto generated email stating that they're working on my order. I DO NOT WANT THE STUFF. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Why is my money being withheld from me? Surely this is illegal.
I am unable to log into the website. Error: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. Guessing the domain no longer exists. I've mailed them, no response. They've taken my money and I can't use the site.
Completed AFT and doors have opened that I never thought possible. Quit my corporate job and started my own agency.
My husband's artisan certification was sent from Olifansfontein 11 Sept 2018 and arrived at Witspos 17 Sept 2018. To date, the parcel has not been received and the tracking status never changes. RD ********** 44ZA is still in transit. Today is 5 Oct 2018, almost 3 weeks and still waiting.
