Concern Regarding Waiting Area Conditions – Vereeniging Branch Good day, I would like to formally place on record that I fitted four new tyres at Minties Tyres, Vereeniging. During the time spent in the designated waiting area, there was no fan or adequate ventilation, and the heat levels inside the area were excessive. The conditions became uncomfortable to the extent that I was required to move outside temporarily in order to get fresh air and ventilation. I raise this concern for management’s attention, as the waiting area conditions may affect customer comfort and health, particularly during hot weather.
