I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and professionalism from Zelri Properties at GCT Towers. I have followed up more than three times via email requesting feedback and supporting documentation regarding my query, yet to date I have received absolutely no response. In addition to the emails, I have been contacting their offices almost every day since February, but there has been no call back and no assistance provided. What is even more concerning is that this lack of communication appears to extend to management. I have attempted to escalate the matter, including to Lizelle Blignaut, yet there has still been no acknowledgement or effort made to resolve the issue. It is very troubling that a company can ignore a client for such an extended period while a matter remains unresolved. The complete lack of communication, accountability and customer service is unacceptable. I am therefore left with no choice but to raise this matter publicly, as all attempts to resolve it directly with Zelri Properties have been ignored. I sincerely hope that someone from the company will finally respond and address this matter.

However, when it comes to deposit refunds, communication suddenly stops. Emails, messages, and follow-ups are ignored, and no clear timelines or feedback are provided. This double standard is unprofessional and unfair. Tenants are expected to meet their obligations immediately, yet Zelri Properties does not extend the same level of urgency or accountability when it is time to refund deposits that legally belong to tenants. Despite several attempts to resolve this matter directly, I have received little to no response, which has left me with no choice but to escalate this issue publicly. The lack of transparency, poor service delivery, and disregard for tenant rights is concerning and should be highlighted to warn other consumers. I am requesting that this complaint be taken seriously and that Zelri Properties be held accountable for their actions, particularly regarding delayed or ignored deposit refunds and overall customer service failures.
