Terrible service

Poor after-sales support and mechanical issues – avoid OMC MOTORS. ​"I bought a vehicle from this dealership in July 2024 for R110,000. While the initial sale with Bridget seemed fine, the after-sales service has been incredibly disappointing. ​Despite taking out an extended warranty, getting any support for mechanical issues has been a nightmare. The car has developed several serious faults: ​The car shudders significantly when pulling away. ​There are ongoing issues with the turbo. ​The clutch is not functioning properly ​Every time I try to organize a service or address these warranty items, I face constant delays. Dealing with Bridget post-sale has been a struggle; it feels as though the staff no longer cares once the deal is closed, ignoring the fact that the car has mandatory service intervals to maintain the warranty. ​Buying a car is a huge investment, and I expected much better support for a vehicle still under warranty. I would advise others to be very cautious before buying here."
