I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service and lack of communication by Takeshape Property management. When I moved in they were quick to demand a deposit, but now that I moved out from one of their apartments 308 Lilian Ngoyi, they have become completely unresponsive. My experience with their staff has been appalling: Firstly I had to deal with unprofessional conduct from Naomi who made me sign a notice form, then instructed me to provide proof of my banking details for the refund. When I returned back to the office to provide them, she completely ghosted me and I sat there unattended. Then I also got another disrespectful treatment from another staff member who took over, and instead of assisting literally took my documents and threw them on the table and never cared to explain to me anything. Most concerningly, I have reason to believe the notice I signed and submitted was discarded or "lost" after I left. Tell me why I have not received any communication about my deposit since I moved out on the 31st of January 2026?It feels like this company intentionally ignores outgoing tenants to avoid paying back what is legally theirs. I have fulfilled my obligations, yet I am being met with silence and hostility. I am demanding an immediate update on the status of my deposit and for it to be paid as soon as possible.
