DISAPPOINTED AT THE GATEWAY STORE

I recently visited the store, and was not impressed at all, the staff displayed stubbornness with a depressed mood, NO SMILE AT ALL!!! I approached a lady in the store ilene or Irene and asked her what new funko pops do they have. All she could tell me is that “what ever is on the shelf is what we got”. How is that customer service? Then I responded and asked her what chase editions or limited editions does she have and the response was “ i do not know what that is” This is the 2nd time I walked into a store with staff that is not knowledgeable at all and have a don’t give a damn attitude- prior to this, when I visited the store the Indian gentleman was staring into his phone and not acknowledging me at all. Never experienced this ever before. Really need to improve in staff.
