Good day, I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service I have received from Dals, especially from Henni and the lady at reception (unfortunately I did not get her name). Working in the insurance industry myself, I understand how important communication and reassurance are to a customer or client. Henni has truly embodied both. His consistent follow-ups, clear communication, and genuine reassurance have meant more than I can express. We last drove our car on 8 December 2025, and since then, it has been a long and stressful back-and-forth process with the insurance. It has honestly been a nightmare at times. However, dealing with Henni has been the highlight of this experience. Knowing that we are finally making progress, and having someone who keeps us informed and reassured, has made all the difference. The world truly needs more people like Henni. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to him and to the receptionist as well. 😊
