Very poor service by debtBuster SA
What a bad experience at the end with Debt Buster. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their services! The back and forth with the clearance letters was so undesirable! I had to pay another company to get me clearance letters and sent a demand letter to debtBuster for documents. Inconsistency in information after I was only left with my house bond was on another level. The consultants gave me different information, after that debtBuster had the audacity to take me to their lawyers that I owe them and I stood my ground. This also resulted into arrears of my bond. I have never experienced such incompetency after finishing my debts for more than two years and a Credit Matters company of Judie Knootze managed to clear me in the 4th year and my credit score improved. debtBuster must remove me from their database and stop sending me million SMSes to refer people to them to get 1500. I want nothing to do with them!
