On 23 January I phoned Rototank Stellenbosch about an order I want to place. I placed an online order later that day. On 30 January I followed up on my order with their online "Follow Up" request with no one getting back to me. On 4 February I phoned again and was advised that they do have stock, they will arrange delivery and he will phone me back. No surprise there, I did not receive a call. Phoned the branch manager Lorenzo on 9 February and was advised that they do have stock and will arrange delivery. I told him I will have somebody at home to receive the delivery on Wednesday at 10:00. I was told no problem, he will arrange it for that time. He confirmed delivery date and time with me multiple times before the call ended. On Tuesday just after 13:00 I received a call from the driver to say that they are at my house, wanting to deliver. I told him to chat to his branch manager about our delivery arrangement. Up until today, 13 Feb, I have not received a single call, email or anything relating to my order.
