Our daughter enrolled for a three-year National Diploma course in Tourism Management in March 2020. She successfully completed all academic and administrative requirements, yet six years later she is still waiting for her National Diploma. All required documentation was submitted in full and on time, but ongoing delays, lack of feedback, and poor communication from DHET (Department of higher education) have resulted in extreme frustration and serious setbacks to her academic and professional career. These delays are unacceptable and deeply concerning. The staff at Waterfall School of Business are trying to help but not doing enough to help the students. Something better must be done. Students invest significant time, effort, and money into their studies, and deserve timely processing. We strongly believe that prospective students should be CLEARLY informed upfront about the long delays currently experienced with DHET, so they can make informed decisions before enrolling. We are very dissapointed. Don't get me wrong, Oxbridge Acadamy (now Waterfall School of Business) is great to study at but there is no point in doing so if you are waiting so long for your exam results, certificates, and/or diplomas. Wish we enrolled her somewhere else. Hopefully something can be done in future to make it better for the students.
