Last month I visited your Greenacres store in Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha). Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Two staff members were visibly disengaged and preoccupied with their phones. When I attempted to engage politely and asked how work was going, they responded by saying the company does not value or care about them and that they are simply there to pass time. They openly expressed that they are no longer passionate about contributing positively to the business. As a customer, this was concerning to hear. When employees communicate dissatisfaction so openly to customers, it negatively affects the brand image and overall shopping experience. It creates the impression that the company culture may be struggling at store level. I am sharing this feedback because I believe in maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. Staff attitudes directly impact sales, customer loyalty, and brand reputation.
