I'm very frustrated at this point , the FNB FUNERAL POLICY is a **** , I have joined them last year and I've been a good paying customer since then now they tell me that my policy has lapsed I owe them for 3 months ? How ? First they said I own May, August and January then I showed them the receipt now I owe December and ai these people are ****ing with us shame I'm very angry .🚮
