Bad Custer service

Payday them a R4000 deposit on parts, they gave me a date for my pickup, i came and the parts were not there , they gave me another date and said my bumper was available, when i got there it wasnt, and they said they would communicate with me, they never did, after waiting over a month i sent them a text and called asking for a refund, they ignored me, so i went there to ask for my refund of R4000, they made me wait for an hour before telling me that my refund cant be processed coz their accountant only comes in on fridays, so I have to wait for 7 to 14 days for me to get my money, their customer service really disgusting and i wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them
