Bad Custer service
Payday them a R4000 deposit on parts, they gave me a date for my pickup, i came and the parts were not there , they gave me another date and said my bumper was available, when i got there it wasnt, and they said they would communicate with me, they never did, after waiting over a month i sent them a text and called asking for a refund, they ignored me, so i went there to ask for my refund of R4000, they made me wait for an hour before telling me that my refund cant be processed coz their accountant only comes in on fridays, so I have to wait for 7 to 14 days for me to get my money, their customer service really disgusting and i wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them

Bad service
I purchased a hyndai 120 door handle for an amount of R895 and paid same to them .They advised that i can collect same today around 9am , we went and they advisee that , they will deliver at 13h00 today ,13h00 passed i tried calling their offices on their land line number but kept saying busy number is 0319426605 and on their cell number 0739426605 to no avail. Just after 13h00 i also sent them an email as I urgently need the handle I have sent my brother to the shop as they are now giving us a run around till now they have not delivered. All i need is a door handle i paid for. Thank you

Bad service

Bad experience
Paid for an item in advance hoping to have it fitted timeously, they provided the wrong product twice, when requested a refund 2 weeks turned into 3 months. Still no refund unfortunately. They make promises they cannot keep and make you do the run around for your money.

PLEASE PAY ME
I worked in this company for 2 days when i asked if they could pay me the owner got very angry and said they don't do daily payments and told me wait for month end today is the 1st of August and I still didn't get paid I communicated but my messages was read and ignored , I don't know what to do cause it's not a lot of money owed to me for the 2days but it's still money I can use I just hope this comment sparks the owners attention to pay me what's owed to me .

They are a ****. They made me pay R1700 2 weeks back, they called on Monday following that Friday asking for R400 more so I asked for a refund as the parts was initially R1490 as per our conversation with them. They did not want to pay the refund at all but I went their shop and it seemed as if we're enemies cause it did not seem as if they wanted to pay. However, after all this they failed to pay the entire amount telling me about a lady who makes the refund on Fridays or something. I am really disappointed with business that reap people off.

Worse spare shop, dishonest, total ripp off
Worse place to ever buy anything from, they sell the wrong parts just to make a sale. I wish upon nobody to buy anything from these rogues, they say they will take it back then after a week or 2 they say that they can't help you. You guys will get nowhere with robbing people. I deal with many parts and spare shops in kzn but I have never seen another shop like this one. I will never buy again, dishonest people don't make it far in life.

i have a problem with this spare shop they are refusing to refund me my money back after they agreed to refund me if the part is not the same. i bought a second hand wheel bearing from them. i told them that if it doesnt fit i will return it for a refund and they agreed nicely when i informed them after 2 days of purchase they told me to prove it. i brought them proof then i was told to wait for the bosses to call me, that never happened its been two weeks now. they coming up with a story that i cant return a second hand goods after 7 days but i informed them 2 days after finding that out...im very disappointed with them they look trustworthy before you purchase after that they dont care about you as a customer
