They are a ****. They made me pay R1700 2 weeks back, they called on Monday following that Friday asking for R400 more so I asked for a refund as the parts was initially R1490 as per our conversation with them. They did not want to pay the refund at all but I went their shop and it seemed as if we're enemies cause it did not seem as if they wanted to pay. However, after all this they failed to pay the entire amount telling me about a lady who makes the refund on Fridays or something. I am really disappointed with business that reap people off.

Cell C is **** they use clients details for *****ulent cellphone contracts.
Cell is ****ing me because I had a contract with them. Now they are telling I have 2 more contracts each costing thousands of rands, Why would I need a cellphone that makes me pay more R3000 a month. So I had to open a new bank account because of them. How do I report the report this as I want to sue them. All I need is a proof for each contracts they want me to pay for. They can't even provide that.

*****ulent device contract
I had contracts with Cell C. Just when I was celebrating my contract-free life, they opened a new contract for a phone or device valued at R3500 a month, and they claimed that I was the one who signed up for this contract which I did not. Now I called them yesterday about this issue and they said I have a contract with them (like who signs up for that much just for a device). The tricky part is they said I must not freeze their account they will investigate. Which means I'll wait and look at them taking my money while they do the so-called investigations. Any suggestions as to how to deal with this matter?
