I worked in this company for 2 days when i asked if they could pay me the owner got very angry and said they don't do daily payments and told me wait for month end today is the 1st of August and I still didn't get paid I communicated but my messages was read and ignored , I don't know what to do cause it's not a lot of money owed to me for the 2days but it's still money I can use I just hope this comment sparks the owners attention to pay me what's owed to me .
Today I did a cash send to myself as I needed to go to the doctor and didn't have my card the ATM didn't give me the cash the slip shows 0 cash received but the app shows that the cash send was redeemed ,I showed capitec the slip that I did not get my cash and they want me to wait 7 to 14 days for my money even though I showed them proof , I'm very sick and need that money for medical help but the bank has no regard to reverse my money as I showed them proof
I just have to say I booked with Flexi club and what an amazing experience speaking to a lovely consultant named Hafsah Mia. And what a great suggest for a holiday at Breakers Resort and we really enjoyed . FLEXI CLUB IS AMAZING AND THE EPITOME OF LEISURE AND LUXURY. THANK YOU FLEXI CLUB!!!
I took a contact from them and I lost the phone ,they asked my to the insurance claim but couldn’t wait they came to my house threatening of a opening a criminal case so I did the claim they told pay R860 , R360 for the new Samsung A13 and R500 for shipping so I did and now they email me to say that I got declined for the phone and I cannot get a refund of my money , the insurance claim went through but I’m sitting with no phone from them and the do not want to give my money back.
