Thank you for the awesome service, every person I've interacted with there was very helpful.
Cell C repair centre/ insurance service is terrible, i handed in my device on the 18th November for repairs, first their system says i'm not insurared, which i am, they send questionnaires that I'm supposed to answer to the stored email address, which doesn't make sense, since I'm not even CCed on the mails, they said they sent the reference number to the cell number, which i still have not received even via email. as we speak i still don't have feedback as to what's happening, i have not received a quotation for the repairs s i can pay the access. im due for an upgrade but with the terrible service received, I don't think so.
