Why must one wait a long time to be refunded.It is easy and quick to pay a deposit with this company but when it is their turn to refund you,then they act like a typical government department where you are sent from pillar to post.I sent them a proof of payment which I don't understand why this is required because the amount will show on their bank statement anyway.A copy of the ID book as well as bank confirmation letter were also sent but to my surprise they still doubt that the documents belong to me.Why create unnecessary stumbling blocks especially when refunds are due to the customers.The process of claiming refunds should be as smooth as when a customer pays a deposit.This company is big on promises but very poor on delivery.This is my last time doing business with them because CPA does not apply to them and this is more likely why they take customers for granted.Stop having policies that do not help the customers.
