I am writing this to warn other job seekers and to demand a full refund from JobLeads. I signed up for what was advertised as a cheap trial R49 to help with my job search. I was not clearly informed that this would automatically convert into a massive "Premium" subscription of over R679. As a job seeker in South Africa, this unauthorized deduction has caused me significant financial distress. I have already unsubscribed from the service, but the money has been taken from my account without a clear warning or my explicit consent for such a high amount. I am demanding an immediate refund of the R679 charge. I have also contacted my bank to dispute this transaction. JobLeads, please do the right thing and refund a person who is simply trying to find work.
