Misleading Adverti*****t and Invoice of R14,400

We would like to formally raise a complaint regarding a misleading adverti*****t conducted under the name of Telkom. A company approached us claiming they were updating our business details on behalf of Telkom for advertising purposes. However, this information has proven to be incorrect and misleading. No clear billing structure or costs were disclosed at the beginning. After the supposed “update,” we were issued with an invoice of R14,400 for services that were neither properly explained nor proven to have been delivered. We have not received any evidence showing where or how our business was advertised. We consider this to be misrepresentation and we will not be making payment for services that were falsely presented under the Telkom name. We request that this matter be investigated urgently.
