Horrible service. Ordered fibre through Vodacom and was told Octotel would be in contact within 7 days regarding installation, 3 weeks later and no contact has been made. They dont follow up with enquiries made from their website, and their contact number always says there is no agents available and the call drops. This means there is no way to actually speak to an agent or get any feedback whatsoever. Pathetic.
