A Full Week Of Bad Service, Dishonesty Drivers And Zero Service

I am beyond disgusted with the service from Buffalo Logistics. I am currently stuck and unable to work because they are holding my office supplies hostage. ​My parcel has been marked "Out for Delivery" three times now. Each time, the status is updated to "Address Not Found." This is a blatant lie. I have received many packages at this exact address before from this same logistics company. ​The worst part is that your tracking shows the parcel is in Kimberley, which is over 200km away from Vryburg. How can a driver "fail to find an address" when they aren't even in the correct town? This is deliberate falsification of delivery attempts to cover up your logistical failures. ​I have been waiting at home and my phone is always on. Not a single person has called me. You are sabotaging my work and my productivity. There is no communication, when I try to call I get no answer, when I send emails I get automated replies, and it's been a whole week outside my estimated delivery time
