Angus Bulterman from World of fires took 65% deposit and never pitched. Doesnt answer his phone, nor whatsapp messages. He came with a story the firtst week that he was stranded on the way with a burst waterpipe, and the next appointment he was in a accident. Its been 3 weeks after the initial appointment and he doesnt bother to call or make arrangements. I am laying ******** charge today. His company is also deregistered. Be careful to not use this company.

Solar disgrace
I have recently had my solar repaired. The communication from gosolr was disgusting. I have been on the phone for days and NOBODY kept a promise to keep me in the loop. ONLY one person, Tamaryn Thomas, she was exceptional. She took ownership and kept me informed from the moment she took over until it was repaired 2 weeks later. No manager could or wanted to help. No agent came back to me, except Tamaryn. Her customer service was superb. Maybe she can train the other 10?.. i spoke to who did NOT HELP WHATSOEVER. O yes they promised, but did not bother to phone me back. I just had to wonder and guess. Tamaryn might keep you in business though. Tamaryn gets 5 out of 5 stars but not your company.
