I bought shoes at Legit store in Randburg Mall The shoes are very slipper and thought that it will change as time goes by The she's are not fit a safe to walk in On the 22nd of January 2026, I slipped and fell when wearing these shoes. I was walking on the side of the road on pavement. I did not tramp on anything. I hurt my legs and bum I than reported the incident to Legit and they asked me to return the shoes. I was clear in my email that I got hurt on my way to work and had to be emotionally embarrassed infront of people due to the above and had to go to the chemist to get medication as I did not have money to go to a doctor Legit asked me to return the shoes which I did and they reimbursed me with the amount I paid for the shoes Legit showd no remourse towards me and I requested to be compensated They now rep**** stating they want a doctors note which I clearly stated I don't have. Till today they have not responded So this clearly shows that they do not care about the wellbeing of their customers 🙄 What do customers do when they give support and get disrespected
