I am deeply dissatisfied with the bad service that I am currently experiencing with Bidvest McCarthy VW in Umhlanga (6 Sunset Crescent, Umhlanga Ridge, Durban) Over the past two weeks my vehicle, which is still under warranty, has remained at the dealership without any proactive communication regarding its status. The service advisors (Kreesan and Janine) have been neither transparent nor forthcoming, and repeated attempts to obtain updates have been ignored. Furthermore, VW SA(Yolanda) has failed to provide meaningful assistance or timely feedback. The lack of communication and customer focus is unacceptable and reflects a clear disregard for client service standards. I expect an immediate, detailed report on my vehicle and a concrete plan for resolution. Failure to address this matter promptly will compel me to escalate the complaint through formal channels and seek alternate remedies
