Terrible Service!!!!!!
No sense of urgency at all. My life is being impacted and no courtesy messages/calls for an update on my debt review application. I feel like I'm receiving traction only because I am raising complaints. I need my ID REMOVED FROM DEBT REVIEW URGENTLY!!!!!!!!!

WORST COMPANY EVER
Definitely one of the worst debt counselor company in the country. There's been a continuous delay in ensuring my ID is cleared from debt review. The company must just refund me my money as the 10 working days for a clearance letter is only on paper. I have been under this process for 14 months and there's no indication as to when I'll be cleared. I'll report to the NCR as well

The NCR only exists on paper and does not provide oversight on rogue/illegitimate debt counselors. This is the textbook definition of incompetence. The investigator assigned to my case (C64522) Khethiwe Mthembu is only there to earn a salary and not really do her Job, if she can even do anything in her life I doubt it. I have sent many follow ups and tried to call her landline only for it to ring non-stop or not at all. Is there anyone that can intervene with this complaint as my life is stuck & it feels like I cannot do anything about it. Is this considered the new normal for Tax paying citizens?

Bad experience with Z-Fin
I am so disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism from this company. I also have the same experience communication was consistent until its time to deliver the results which is debt review removal within 5-10 working days. My life is in limbo and I cannot qualify for any credit. Can I get my ID cleared ASAP if not then please refund me so that I can appoint a company that is willing to remove my listing.
