Another reason why Gumtree South africa ratings are low.

Hi all. Hope to find you all well. I'd like to share my terrible experience with Gumtree "South africa". After being a client of theirs for 5+ years and paying for promoted adverts they blocked me. With no explanation, no reason given (same as some of the other reviewers) and no refund for the promoted advert I paid R2000 + Ive been calling and emailing for almost 2 weeks. The guy who takes the calls said he couldn't assist. The people who work with the accounts are in Cape Town and suggested i should email them. I emailed them numerous times and no answer. I tried calling again and guess what he decided to ignore my calls. From a simple matter now to a legal matter. Beware out there.
