Overworked and underpaid

I just need to give my 2 cents about this company. Been a customer for a few years now and the things I have seen and not to mention heard. Chavda treats his staff like they are the **** of the earth the very same people who bring in business for him. I have seen good people come and go in that store, every time I go there are different people. Staff are being threatened to take polygraph tests whenever told to and if you refuse you lose your job. They are made to sit in a therapy session with the wife of the owner every week and you get asked your opinions like this is a safe space and it gets used against you later and you also cant refuse because you might lose your job. People are overworked and underpaid. Staff gets paid whenever chavda feels they should get paid. There where times that i went there, had some conversation and would hear how people are stressed because they've not been paid yet and not sure when they would get paid because they never get paid on their actual pay date. Guys haven't had increases(those who managed to stay longer than a year). Staff gets micro managed by the owner and his wife. It is crazy how the owner would play it all nice in your face then treat his Staff so terrible. I would rather take my business elsewhere.
