Was at the store for 2 orders, so when I got to the till the was this girl who decided to assist 2 customers that came after me, not that thats a problem but please inform and educate your staff members about customer service and cash handling policy because she was even working on someone else's till by the name Marlyn if I'm correct.my order number was 194 / or something in the 190's as I customer I demand the same service as other customers. Even the cashier that assisted me was not focused on me . Next thing is I ordered 2 all star boxes at the kiosk only to find out by the till the machine of cold drink is out of order which was supposed to be communicated prior with the customer that was such an inconvenience
Had an employee that goes by the name of Ingrid Peers. That came to my house very rude . Come and demanded a payment of R550 after telling her I'm unemployed and she said that not her problem all I should do is just pay the money. I told her my contract ended November 2025. So for future collection please send someone with manner of approach that knows your company very well that can talk to customers and give advise to customers not demanding person that will tell the customer it's not her problem because "you are using our goods" That's from DeAar.
