WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! A staff member broke my Samsung S25 Ultra C-type 45w charging cable (valued at R399) while cleaning. I reported the incident Tuesday (17/02/2026) to Drika at the Front Desk to replace the item and was advised it is under investigation and I will be contacted. She then tried to replace it with a Volkano cable (valued at R79), which I did not accept. 2 days later (19/02/2026) Mike, who works surveillance, was informed and has not reverted back. Every day is a different story; no one contacted me as they said they would after several follow-ups on numerous occasions. Mike advised he would arrive Saturday afternoon (21/02/2026) to investigate; however, he did not pitch with no further feedback. Highly disappointed! On arrival the aircon was not working, ****roaches are crawling and the noise levels is peaking through the roof!
