I paid a R5000 deposit to your company on the 06/02/2026 with the hopes of purchasing a car from your auction but I ended up buying somewhere else. When I wanted to process the refund for my money I was told I must wait 10-14 days, I sent the form with the required documents on the 13/02/2026 and I never even got a response or email confirmation that my request is being processed. I called your offices on the 24/02/2026 spoke to one of your agents Zanele who didn't even care about my request, she had zero interest about what I had to say and let alone follow up on my request, so much for "customer care". She transferred me to the CT Montagu Gardens branch to get rid of me, your branch also transferred me to your refund department who never even picked up just blatantly dropped the call in my ear. However when I made the deposit payment I got a response from your company within hours. Today was the 10th business day and I am still without my money, not even the decency of a response, no confirmation. I am extremely disappointed in your company and how you treat your customers when they require their money back. I would never recommend anyone to support your company!!
