Unhappy
Good day a sales consultant called me from on air tv i agreed but something told me immediately to check their reviews as i checked it i saw bad reviews i immediately cancelled it but they sent the decorder i have taken out the decorder but have not used it.i have told them to collect it whereby they want a 400r from they have taken my money from my account claiming i owe them 7145.for something i have not used.Please can you assist me i think this is really unfair

Extremely Dissapointed Customer
In dec 2025 i app**** for 249r decorder have received anything contract was cancelled. Had apply for another one on the 18th Feb2026.i have not received anything as yet.I keep calling dstv telling me to wait for 24hrs everytime i call the service is really poor.But they quick to disconnect our dstv and not furfill their work. I have been with out a decorder since december and we are going to March 2026

Service is ridiculous have not received decorder since December had reapply for another one last week no has come yet to install
