Complaint about a sofa bought at UFO.
I bought a couch (GINA) at UFO in Marlborough, it's hardly been 2 years. I bought it in May 2024 and the couch is now sagging. It's a recliner and is no longer closing properly. I reported the matter to UFO and they referred me to their service providers and I'm expected to pay for the repairs. I find this very disappointing, especially from UFO a reputable shop known for selling high quality products. This is indeed disappointing.1 reply
