Worst Customer Experience and Disrespectful Technical Staff. Bought new iPhone 17. Within 3days of purchase battery gets hot, apps freeze and phone is dead slow. Went to store three times spending a mean average of 2hours each when they reload software. Three attempts to get iphone17 and when you request refund; they say wait 3-5days and they charge 20%, they quick to take your money; when it’s refund on their faulty devices; Nightmare! All of this within 7days of buying device. istore policy now override consumer act?…. After submitting device for assessment The technician shouts in queue in front of people; got get your proof of purchase when he processed everything and his got full access of the phone history that was bought in the same store less within a week.
