I am extremely disappointed with the service from Armex. They handed my parcel over to someone else who is not the person named on the delivery document. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of security and verification when delivering parcels. I have now been waiting for them to track the parcel, and the process is taking far too long. A mistake like this should be handled urgently. How can a courier company simply give a parcel to the wrong person without properly confirming the recipient? This situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. All I need is for my parcel to be returned to me and placed in my hands, as it should have been in the first place. I hope Armex takes responsibility and resolves this matter as soon as possible, and improves their delivery verification process so that this does not happen to other customers.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I made an enquiry and completed an application with them. Before the new month even started, I contacted them to cancel my subscription. I was then told that they cannot proceed with the cancellation until after the first instalment has been paid. They have a ridiculous clause stating that if you want to cancel, you must first pay the first instalment before they can even process the cancellation. This is completely unacceptable. No actual service was provided — all that was done was an explanation of what they offer and assistance with completing the application. Nothing further was processed. Being forced to pay before cancelling feels unfair and misleading. This kind of practice does not sit right with me at all. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services to anyone.
