I was told building would be done in 2 to 3 weeks. 75% deposit. NHBRC approved.I paid 75% deposit. I have to beg and nag and keep on requesting that material must be delivered. There today and tomorrow is not honourable. NHBRC inspector pitched up out of the blue just to find out their certificate expired. I live in a rainy area and wood is getting damaged. I eventually had to get an attorney involved. It's such a headache. If you want to deal with them don't pay upfront....ask for proof of NHBRC certificate and be patient. They will leave site and go work elsewhere and then return to your site when they ready. It stays by promises and waiting. Quickly to take money..slow to produce. Now we have to stop and wait for NHBRC to be renewed.
