If there was an option for zero stars that’s the option I would have given . I app**** for a Woolworths credit card online , which took me at least 20-25 minutes. The online agent took all my details and I was approved for a certain amount . I was told that the store where my card would be delivered will send me a sms notification to collect with my id and proof of address. After almost 2 weeks I decided to call the store today only to find out that I was declined by an underwriter. This is so misleading as the online application was successful. Also only after 2 weeks I had to find this out . Jus be careful , a yes online with Woolworths could be a No in the end.

I placed an order on Shesha online on Friday 28 Feb Filled in all my details , address, etc. only to see that the delivery address was incorrect. I’m in cape town and delivery address was in Gauteng . I know I had my correct address as I asked someone to doublecheck it before I placed order only to see that it wasn’t my address. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them but it doesn’t seem like anyone answers the contact number . I’ve also sent an email on Friday when I discovered that the address is incorrect, no response yet. Please be very careful of placing online orders with this store. I am currently still trying to get in contact with them in order to change the delivery address.
