If there was an option for zero stars , that’s what I would give this store. I placed an order on Shesha online on Friday 28 Feb Filled in all my details , address, etc. only to see that the delivery address was incorrect. I’m in cape town and delivery address was in Gauteng . I know I had my correct address as I asked someone to doublecheck it before I placed order only to see that it wasn’t my address. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them but it doesn’t seem like anyone answers the contact number . I’ve also sent an email on Friday when I discovered that the address is incorrect, no response yet. Please be very careful of placing online orders with this store. I am currently still trying to get in contact with them in order to change the delivery address.

Bought mince and chicken portions mixed, both had sour smell, phoned the store since 10am, manager still phoning it's now almost 4pm, ignoring calls, plus what about people that don't smell, that stink was atleast a day going off in woolies fridge but sold at a ridiculous price, the chicken was boiled and fed to the dogs smell was disgusting, this is my 3rd ordeal with this branch

I bought a snicker for R2300 in May they gave me wrong size which is size 6 & size 7 did exchange the shoes. This shoe lost it’s colour within a month when I informed them at their store at Shesha Canal walk Cape town they told me that they can’t take the shoe back, they don’t do refunds. I feel ****med because R2300 is a alot of money for that Polladium sneaker quality.

I bought a snicker for R2300 in May they gave me wrong size which is size 6 & size 7 did exchange the shoes. Do not buy from Shesha Lifestyle - They sell things online they dont have. Bought a number of things online, to which they didnt have, i noticed something was wrong when my order stayed in processing a couple days. I then had to reach out to them from various channels. Once i finally got ahold of them (i think its just one guys on online customer sales and he doesnt care) he says they dont have 2 of the 3 things i ordered and his checking something. I said please give me a refund instead. There is no customer service what so ever.

Do not buy from Shesha Lifestyle. They do not honour their return policy. I purchased a pair of shoes online and attempted to log a return within the required timeframe. It’s been more than 7 days, and despite multiple emails and follow-ups, I have received no response at all. They completely ignore customer queries and make it impossible to return items. I wasted my money. Extremely disappointing experience. Avoid this store.

I placed an order online for the buy one get one free sale, and that was on the 22 march, till to date no feedback. I haven't received my delivery, I can't even track the order or delivery. Called multiple of times, consultants kept on taking my details but I haven't heard anything even now.

First and surely my last time I set my foot at any shesha stores I bought sneakers buy 1 and get 1 free took 2 hours at Eastgate mall store no one cared to the me there is no refund the sales person who was helping told to come and return if they are small the second day when I went he told me he forgot to tell there is no refund but they don't have sizes all their branches I called their head office they promised they will get back to me till today they don't care

Very appalled with how this company *****s from us as customers.... Which I know it's a disturbing matter because that is an unfair treatment as that would be considered theft. I did a laybuy of 2 pairs of shoes separately, managed to release the first one and then lost track of time to actually release the second one. Today I walk in to take back the money after being phone that it has expired.. To my surprise, of the R700 that I had put in as a laybuy.. I was told that I'll only be getting back only R200. They told me that their company will be keeping my entire R600 for cancelation, which wasn't explained when I was doing the laybuy coz I wouldn't have made the laybuy to begin with. I'm am honestly disgusted at how they this company robs people of their hard earned money and I'm glad that I'll never ever set foot at any of their branches.
