Last night was the worst experience at Ocean Basket glen acres shopping centre
I had a projector fitted in June 2020. In June 2024 I had a problem with my lifting device. I called the company that installed it and they came back and told me that my unit or motor is damaged. It is now over 5 months that I don’t have an answer as they quoted me R8K for a new one. As my warranty is over. The unit is a Vogel brand. Whilst I don’t want any hand outs I am disgusted at the service from Planet world in finalising this matter. If it was a surge than I should receive a damage report indicating such so that I can claim on my insurance. I personally would not recommend the Vogel brand in any entertainment setup.
I am a member of the dot sure insurance for my pet Bingo, in the beginning the insurance was great when it was small claims, on the 19th of February I submitted a claim for bingo where he was diagnosed with Panosteitis, to date they have been ducking and diving on this claim. I tried emailing I tried calling with no help.
Took clients over for dinner, experienced was rushed , the only thing warranties the fine dining experience is the cutlery and the glasses. The food was average. The waiter was rushed very irritated that we took time to order. Kept on harassing us, until I had to call him to order. The mandatory tip was not justified at all. Very disappointing
I have been insured with Absa Home insurance now for almost 20 years, they are the most un professional group to deal with, Registered a pipe burst on Thursday and on only got feedback on Tuesday, Claim for the pipe repairs was done, but still awaiting feedback about the cosmetic damages. I know eventually this claim will be resolved, the intent of this claim to bring to Absa,s attention regarding the brand on the whole, In my opinion so many other organizations for example like Santam, Holard are all proactive, striving to go beyond the normal to satisfy their customers,

I have been trying to have a credit done on my account for 4 months now, over 8 hours on line calls. DSTV one of the worst companies to deal with online, Recommendation to all to switch to other forms of online entertainment.
During last year lock down when they were struggling for business they placed adds to sell their generators, I purchased two units, one for my factory and one for my home. There after sales is pathetic, their mechanics are absolutely rude, always about money first does not matter if it was their fault, I am currently on a few what’s groups as I own other properties also and I have started posting messages there also
Placed a million Rand order, last phase of the project is taking forever, sales person does not get back to you with a revised fitment date, placed over 5 calls in the past week.
I confirmed a booking was willing to pay but they were offline, Monday no response, Tuesday a totally wrong Cruise was quoted for, after several calls complaining I was offered the same cruise but 60 thousand more, I know this review would not be taken seriously because their cruises are in demand, I personally think that senior management should handle this kind of problems
