I placed a order at 11am with pnp Bedfordview, after waiting 2 hours I phoned to find out what or where my order is, I was told to issue order number which I did, waited still nothing at 16 :45 pm zenith with a dead voice says my order is in greenstone, that's like 35 minutes away from me, so I' asked her if you place a order why would I select the one in greenstone when I'm close to bedfordview or Bedford, she persisted it's how the app works and radius, I asked her for customer service number and she she says I phoned it I should have it but I was transfer by bedfordview to customer service, I got so irritated with her and lack of giving me details, she and I state she was unhelpful, she dead her voice was sleepy, now I want to know the order never arrived, I spent 150r on airtime phoning from my spare phone, I paid for the order, their are scanners and I demand my money back, or I will do such a performance at the store here in the area, please sort ASAP, pnp you are bad service, useless people, I fail to understand how your operate,

There's are people that are disturbing people while shopping, these people are doing a top up to see if you qualify for some credit facility, they wanted id to see if you qualified, each one will come and pester you, not knowing one whatever they called already spoke to you, so I was annoyed, reported it to manager, I don't go around giving my ID number to anyone, can I be respected for this, Checkers we pick our groceries and pay, I don't need interruption when I'm shopping, please stop getting people to do their marketing inside disturbing shoppers,... If you do entertain them then accommodate us shoppers with cheaper prices, when we shop at woolworths there's no disturbance, Checkers is becoming a total mixed case,
So I ordered 2 leg pieces one extra hot and one mild and a buddy coke, DRD273654594,, cream soda was delivered, burnt chicken no sauce, plus a paper was in the ex hot, I experienced same Nando's Eastgate, your are absolutely terrible, no respect and pride, this is a 2nd experience of terrible, service, it was so dry, we paid 250r for order, no complaints about Mr delivery, you Nando's your chicken was no pride in the preparation of the chicken, plus why was a brown piece of paper in the chicken, I'm aware it's delivered in a brown paper bag, was that a mistake because this was a paper like thin, I'm a chef daughter you don't have the rights to deliver nonsense to me,
I received case numbers tharl agents will contact me shortly it's been 10 days, nandos I want a full refund, I used bolt to Eastgate 51rand, to bet home 64 rand, your meal the breast part on both mold and hot was fed to dogs, I will carry on posting until I'm refunded, this ordeal still makes me upset that I was blamed when that meal did not take 10 mins, your are disgracefuly and I repeat it's the 2nd time, before covid began, please sort out immediately, or I will carry on posting,

I went to order squater chicken leg, one mild, with chips, I came home after shopping and changed settle to eat and saw the pieces were the breast part, I was horrified, it was dry no sauce like whoever prepared it, never took pride, the cashier said waiting period is 10 minutes, my order was less then 6 minutes and this was huge pieces, with chips, so I phoned nandos eastgate, the lady answered saying I never specify, but I did, but she insisted, then she got her back up who also said I did not specify, so let's say I never did why is both breast pieces,, Im hungry, I asked them can I feed my dogs the chicken, they said they cannot tell me what to do so I washed it out and I fed my dogs, I scrabble eggs and I had that, 28 February is my daughters birthday so I had order to avoid cooking, but they going to see me on 3rd March 2025, I will make such a noise there, can't blame a customer who knows what she wanted, but you' decide what she must take, that's does not work with me chicken was tasteless, but my dogs enjoyed it, see you soon, if anyone phones me with stories I did not specify, I will ask them where they there
There is no contact or any one that answers their phone's, the ***** is so high, you can't separate right to *****, ***** covers it so deep, I'm not giving up rdp is going to hear me and rectify the *****
