I was assisted by Smangaliso when I first arrived at KFC, and he informed me that there were no burgers available. I stepped outside for a moment and when I returned, I was helped by Pule. I ordered 4 Zinger wings, which we both confirmed. However, when I received the receipt, it showed 'duck wings' instead. I politely pointed out the mistake, but the staff, including a lady (whose name I don't recall), responded with a bad attitude. Smangaliso intervened, saying he'd rectify the mistake. When I asked for change, he rudely said, 'How's he going to give you your change? The till is closed,' and snatched my receipt. The staff member who took my order then threw my food at me. Overall, the service was terrible, and the atmosphere was unwelcome. I hope to hear from you soon regarding this incident
