KFC sebokeng convenience centre (BP garage - golden highway) I was there yesterday (07/03/26) around 18:05, got service from a guy by the name of Nale, he gave a 10/10 service in the drive through, please give him his flowers, he deserves them for the service he rendered, i am happy.

I was assisted by Smangaliso when I first arrived at KFC, and he informed me that there were no burgers available. I stepped outside for a moment and when I returned, I was helped by Pule. I ordered 4 Zinger wings, which we both confirmed. However, when I received the receipt, it showed 'duck wings' instead. I politely pointed out the mistake, but the staff, including a lady (whose name I don't recall), responded with a bad attitude. Smangaliso intervened, saying he'd rectify the mistake. When I asked for change, he rudely said, 'How's he going to give you your change? The till is closed,' and snatched my receipt. The staff member who took my order then threw my food at me. Overall, the service was terrible, and the atmosphere was unwelcome. I hope to hear from you soon regarding this incident

very unsatisfactory service at kfc mandela square ,very ad customer service i purchade a 9 piece bucket and they prepared my bucket and left it on the counter instead of calling y slip number they continued to assit other customers from the drive through.i had to ask the gentleman at the till about my order.didnt even bother to apologies even after asking for supervisors name`.customer service is very poor.staff not showing willingness to assist.

Placed my order at 12:53, i typed this review at 13:38 & I still haven't received my order. The que is ridiculously long and the staff seem to be moving at a snails pace, with no regard for patrons.
